Running

I've been running for many years, but it's only in the last couple of years that I've started considering myself a runner. I hit my first sub 20 minute 5k in April last year, and got a sub 40 minute 10k shortly after. I then got into trail running, taking part in the IMRA summer league races around Dublin. I'm now exploring what Seattle has to offer, and looking to increase mileage and participate in more trail races.
